Some people think you should never mess with the classics.  I say a good thing can always get better.

My Chia “Rice” Pudding versus Traditional Rice Pudding –

Pros:

  • you don’t have to cook the rice so mine only takes 15 minutes from start to finish
  • unless it’s wrapped around sushi, rice is boring (yeah, I said it)
  • chia seeds are a great source of fiber and omega-3 fatty acids
