My Chia “Rice” Pudding versus Traditional Rice Pudding –
Pros:
- you don’t have to cook the rice so mine only takes 15 minutes from start to finish
- unless it’s wrapped around sushi, rice is boring (yeah, I said it)
- chia seeds are a great source of fiber and omega-3 fatty acids
