I debated where to put this recipe; it is filling enough to be breakfast but tasty enough to be dessert. Even though it has a little frozen yogurt, I ultimately decided this smoothie is breakfast because it is so packed with protein and vitamins.
Yields: 1 large smoothie; Total Time: 5 minutes
- 1/2 cup vanilla frozen yogurt
- 1/2 cup nonfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 Tbsp maple syrup
- 1/2 cup skim milk
- 1/4 tsp pumpkin pie spice
Combine all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth.
