Welcome back, work week! Actually, I don’t have school for another month, but Adam’s in class today 😉
I did start my day before 8 though. Berries for breakfast.
One serving of Kashi Strawberry Fields with blueberries and skim milk.
I was planning on adding peanut butter because this breakfast is too light (less than 200calories), but then this caught my eye –
Marble Halvah? Don’t mind if I do. If you’ve never tried Halvah before you so need to; it’s sesame paste and the flavor/texture is out of this world! I eat mine with a fork because it’s a little greasy.
You can look for it at some small candy stores, or in most (Jewish) delis.
P.S. We’re going to NYC this weekend!

ooo i must try halvah! i must confess- I’d seen it before but had NO idea what it was so I was too scared to try it!

It’s sweet. Halvah doesn’t taste savory like tahini (even though that is the most similar product).
