My veggie consumption was pretty pitiful yesterday, so I knew I needed to start today on the right foot. Hence, breakfast –
Fat-free Oikos Greek Yogurt with 1/3 cup canned pumpkin and 1T real maple syrup.
Since the weather outside is more fall than spring
breakfast seemed perfect.
Eat More Veggies Tip #3 – Don’t be afraid to eat veggies at all hours of the day; there’s no written rule that breakfast has to be cereal and fruit.
Today is looking very low-key, I have a few quick errands and an even quicker gym trip but other than that I’m wide open (TWSS!). Perhaps I’ll do some baking 😀

Oh cold pizza! AGREED! It used to be a morning routine for me- I think there was one year where we ordered pizza every other day… sounds about right…

Oh man, my husband will eat ANYTHING for breakfast. Meatloaf, lasagna, hamburgers…all game for him. No rules.
I like peas in the AM. Peas with an egg…yummy.
