Peanut Sauce

The portions giving here are for one serving but can easily be multiplied.  This sauce is amazing when stir fried with noodles, tofu, or veggies.

  • 2 Tbsp chunky peanut butter
  • 1 Tbsp tamari
  • 1 Tbsp rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp granulated sugar
  1. Combine all ingredients in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. Microwave 30 seconds to loosen peanut butter.
  3. Whisk to combine.
