So I haven’t really posted this new year.

On Tuesday the husband got home early, and asked me not to waste valuable hang out time blogging.  When the husband says “jump” I say “how high?”  Actually, since he doesn’t read the blog at all, I can probably mention that we ate out of the house and I forgot my camera at home 😉

Which is why it was so ironic on Wednesday, that I woke up and made an awesome breakfast lunch only to discover that my camera was dead.

But today?  Just pure and simple laziness is to blame.  In this weird week between vacations we didn’t know how to restock the fridge so meals have been rather pathetic.  But mostly it’s a general sense of malaise.  I think I’m so excited about heading to New York (tomorrow!) that I just couldn’t live out this week.

Anyhoo.  We are heading to the city tomorrow and I will be blogging whenever I can.
