I had to get a new laptop recently and things have been slightly suboptimal. Like I lost all of my photos from the last week. Whomp whomp.

Everything noteworthy was a dinner I made using a take-out inspired recipe from Recipe Tin Eats, so those seem worth mentioning…

Chicken and broccoli. Served on cauliflower rice.

Egg Foo Young. We skipped the filling and ate it on top of radish cakes and salmon patties. Plus my own recipe for really great asparagus (sauteed with a sauce of tahini, sesame oil, Sriracha, dark soy sauce, sugar, and water).

Sesame noodles. With frozen/thawed fried tofu.
