Ack! The title is literal, I did not sleep last night! I don’t know whether it was my general insomnia, drinking coffee in the evening, working out in the evening, or a combo of the above but I didn’t stop tossing and turning until after 6am. I slept until 9:30 and I feel ok now but I’m definitely frustrated. Among other things, my am work out was clearly pushed back until tomorrow.
I’m eating this Apricot Cashew Boomi Bar for a quick breakfast,

and then I’m getting straight to the school work. Happy Hump Day folks!
