This recipe is for one serving, but can easily be multiplied. It would also go well on top of waffles or stirred into plain yogurt.
- 1/4 T butter substitute
- 1/4 t sugar
- dash of salt
- 1 small apple, chopped
- 1/2 cup blackberries (frozen is fine)
- splash orange juice
- Heat a small pan over medium high heat.
- Melt butter in pan.
- Add in salt, sugar, and apple and stir.
- Cook 3-5minutes, until apple is browned.
- Add juice and blackberries and cook another 5minutes, stirring occasionally.
