Black Bean Burgers

These are a great vegan substitute and they come together in minutes.  You can alter the spices to fit your preferences but this is what worked for us.  Serves 4.

  • 2cans low sodium black beans, rinsed and drained
  • 1t poppy seeds
  • 1t oregano
  • pinch salt
  • 2T evoo

Mash first four ingredients together.  Form into 8 mini patties.  Cook over medium heat with evoo.
