Cinnamon Bun Oatmeal

This healthy but decadent bowl can rival Cinnabon any day!  Make a 1/2C portion of oats and top with 2T “icing,” cinnamon sugar, and 2T candied pecans.

Mix 5parts plain fatfree yogurt with 1part real maple syrup

candied pecans

  • 1/2C chopped pecans
  • 1/2T Smart Balance Light
  • 1.5t sugar
  • pinch of salt

Melt the SmartBalance in a small saucepan and reduce the heat to low.  Pour in the pecans and turn to coat.  Sprinkle in sugar and salt, mix and heat until golden (about 2minutes).
